Goodbye.
A very fond farewell was given to Nick Campbell at the running club last night. Nick has been a loyal and trusted member since the club's inception nearly 6 years ago. He is moving to pastures new but promises to visit us when he is back in Eastbourne. Nick recently achieved a sub 40 min 10k and no doubt he'll continue with some more great running. He was awarded lifetime ambassador status.
This week we will start taking orders for our new running and training kit, exciting!! We will be offering 'Meads Runners' vests, long sleeved half zips and headbands.
Becky Manos finished 1st lady in the recent Ardingly Triathlon!! With a time of 1:17:44 she was 11th place overall; non too shabby performance at all. Very well done gal!
